Making a complaint
We want to hear views about our service. The leaflet "Tell us how to improve our service" tells you what to do if:
- you are unhappy with something we have done
- you think we have not done something.
How to complain
It is important that all feedback is handled at the point where it has arisen. This ensures problems are resolved quickly, lessons learned and processes changed to stop similar incidents happening in the future. If you have a complaint, please contact your pension centre by post, phone, fax or email.
